    Hi all,

I was curious as to whether anyone has knowledge of a data source which provides an as complete set of historical sales data as possible which is available for download (in something like a csv format). I am ok with a free or a paid resource.

Would be great to get attributes such as:
Suburb, address, date of sale, sale price, land size (apartment size), number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of parking spaces etc.

Essentially all the data you can get from real estate/domain, but in a database format.

Does anyone have experience in using resources or have any recommendations?

    Cheers.

Core logic/rp data but it’s not cheap. Your broker or Buyers agent might be able to get you suburb listings, not sure if you can download a whole state at once..

As above, RPData is the best data provider and hence the attached price tag.
If you need a data dump on excel this would be your best bet.

Curious, did you manage to find a way to do this? RPData has csv capabilities but only for a certain package I believe
