What assets do they hold? What is the WALE? What is the WACC? Who are their tenants? What is the exposure to these tenants? What have the returns been for recent years? Are they sustainable? How have the returns been paid? (Capital or earnings) What are the commitments to funding for development? Portfolio expansion? Increasing revenue? How will those commitments impact on returns?
