    Yes, hold. IMHO rates are now so low a drop would not provide any real stimulus.

    Agree with others - don't think there'll be too much excitement from the RBA for a few months - unless new data suggests otherwise (even lower inflation figures mainly).

    I think they may take a new view on rate cuts and effects.

    NB has called an inevitable drop to 0%
    Surely our economy would have to be destroyed for this to happen.
    Any of our brokers think this is possible?

    Not likely & yes, country is stuffed if we get to that, we do not even manufacture much anymore.

    Banks won't be lending money with no return.

    Yup. Rba won't cut this month. Probably won't cut for remainder of year either.
