    It's take out of the rent at rates time and the PM looks after it

    Do you find there are peaks ? I find that this so called electronic age has meant just piles of papers everywhere & it never stops or goes away.....even without property it is a constant stream !

    Do they not send you paper all the time with shares anymore ?

    I've received much more paper from my share investing than I have from property.
    I just changed all my communication methods to email. So fingers crossed my letterbox remains a little lighter now.
