    Looks like another one of those businesses using crowd sourcing for development deposit requirements. I've seen some of those groups effectively providing the full deposit requirements and pre-sales, so the development has no real skin in the game, except for their $2 company.

    Some have a sales wing to push OTP at the same time, covering all bases.
