It's interesting that the world still uses 3-4000 tons of DDT.

I wasn't doubting your post. After a quick google I realised DDT is not instant death the second you look at it that I have the image of. It's still used to control mozzies, and hence malaria in a lot of areas. Death by malaria or DDT?

Back in uni, we were doing a development project based on DDT information distribution in Papua New Genuia. One of the on the ground facilitators was shocked one day when in a village, they found out the villagers were spraying DDT directly onto their produce as they believed it made it immune to pests...

But you're right, used in the right way carefully it can be an effective solution - than having rampant malaria.

People here were lucky. I was unlucky enough to be brought up in an area where there was a lot of duck hunting. Although nobody in my family indulged, we still had well meaning people who brought us ducks. Perhaps they would have been better prepared differently, but roasted like hens, they were a bit much.

Wild ducks aren't the same as domestic ducks. The flavour is really quite strong.

Just rang them and they can't get it. If they could it would be around $60kg.

If you want some frozen rabbit I've got some in stock. Send me a pm.

Disclaimer: God knows what it tastes like.
