    Hi All, I found two R3 zoned old properties in St Marys

    1. 50 years old Clad house , 730sqm of R3 zoned land, 18m frontage. This property is 1.5 kms away from St Marys train station, Australia Street. It has a 2 bedroom house & 1 granny flat both built around 50 years ago. Current rental for both is $465 per week with long term tenants. I was told by agent that current market rental would be $580 together. Price of this property is 950K.

    2. 797 Sqm Clad house,18M wide *44m Depth, Current rental $380 per week, St Marys South, 1.5 Kms from St Marys Train Station,Price Guide : 750K - 800K, Mitchell Street.

    Could you please advise If these would be good for investment purpose. If yes- which would would you suggest. This is going to be my first IP. Thanks In Advance.
