    All that greenery would be very calming, could come in handy for when you get your strata bill for the maintenance and special levies to fix the developers defects! :eek: :mad: :eek:

    I don't mind it - kind of looks like one of those post apocalyptic scenes where nature is taking over. Somewhere for Will Smith to hang out with his german shepherd.

    Like the concept of having nature. Though I think the car park need to be in a different colour, e.g. wooden looking facade to make it looks sleek :rolleyes:

    What to go with the other 100 simple glass towers we already have, welcome to 1990, yawn.

    It may not be everyone's taste but to say it one of the ugliest cbd buildings ever is a bit of a stretch. Just take a look at the Sirius Building in Sydney for example:

    Nah, a bit of brutalism is ok.

    Bland, beige and glass towers that all meld in to one are much worse than a building that stands out.

    I don't think it is the ugliest building... but I am one of those people that needs to see it completed as the artists projections just don't do it for me.

    @Mumbai I bet it is already expensive mate, my limit is just $300k so Park Ridge is the only way that is affordable for me :cool:.
