    Hi guys,

Sometimes when I wanted to get an idea of slopage quickly I used this website. Just put the address in and then make two markings on the front and back of property. Gives a quick, rough idea.

    Cheers

    Great tool.

So I put one marker at the front boundary and another marker at the rear boundary.
The difference of the 2 is the fall/slopage?

For development concerns in relation to storm water flow , if it's less 1m fall to the rear, would this be a concern free? What are typical minimum fall for developer to walk away, assuming storm water flow is the only criteria you're concerned of
