Quick question. selling a propery to known buyer how quick can process be. and what would it involve
    thank you.
no mortgage to discharge and unsure if they need finance.
so how long if its just paper work. it might not be even 2 solicitors as the parties know each other and there is trust. might not be finances and no mortgage to discharge.

Depends upon whether the buyer needs finance, whether you need to discharge a mortgage.

The rest is just paperwork ;)

as quick as the bank and solicitors allow, 30 days is achievable. maybe even shorter.

Depends on the state. In victoria, my lawyers took about 2 weeks to get the section 32 done.

It depends on how busy the solicitor is. Better asking the solicitor, not us.

If no finance is involved I’d assume it technically could be done in a matter of days.
