Just wondering what the process of withholding bond from a lease, I have just been told that a friend of mine, whos previous tenant left the house in a not so great state, has some bond withheld, almost a year ago, and the partial bond is still held in trust because the repairs havent been done as of today can bonds be witheld for that long, or is it because the invoices havent been provided or if the tenant agrees to release it, the time frame doesnt matter.
