Question for the PM's Owner Trust Ledger - Export to CSV?

    Each year I get my PM to email me a copy of the owner ledger in PDF.
    From that I use a PDF conversion software to extract it into PDF.

    I'm wondering, does this software have a export to Excel or CSV option?

    If so, would someone be kind enough provide some instructions on how to do it, so I can pass this onto my PM's assistant. Last time i asked for a PDF the printed and scanned it.

    My PM uses the REST Professional Software System - Rocket Technology Pty Ltd.

    I don't use Rest myself but I'll ask my colleagues for you.

    Heres what they replied, hope it helps.

    To get the data into excel go to Reports>Owner>Income & Expenditure Reports>Yearly Summary Export. Select the records/s that you wish to export as well as the time frame & click Export.
