I’ve been a member of this forum for around a year or so. I wanted to post some useful info on a thread (2020 is the year for Brisbane) about land value assessments but it says I don’t have sufficient posting rights.

I can’t find anything in the forum guidelines about this. What do I need to do to be able to post there? Submit a certain number of posts elsewhere first? Thanks.

Well, you've passed the "minimum time since registration" threshold :p :D

Thanks. I originally joined the forum because I wanted to find a mortgage broker and a buyer’s agent for a property I purchased while living overseas. I found both through this forum.

So you just need to make some more posts. Perhaps you can provide some feedback on your investing journey to the appropriate threads.
