    Hi All,
    First time poster...
    I was wanting to see what everyone's thoughts were on Mainland China property expos? Have any of you been? And have any of you tried to sell off the plan office space at them?
    More narrowly, has anyone heard of SREX? Shenzeng Property Expo?

    Foreigners are not allowed to buy in China without visas and exemptions.

    I think he's talking about taking a booth/presentation at a Chinese property expo to sell an Australian project.

    The last time I looked the salesperson said there are "selected " developments "foreigners" can buy into ...the one they were selling had to be sold to a local

    Shenzhen is like a pirate paradise. I would do a lot of due diligence. Its a city of counterfeit products. Just over mainland from HongKong
