    I certainly see the appeal, it just hasn't been for me up to this point.

    You knowing better (could consider too much) being a local is probably the reason why its not appealing.

    Same goes for myself in Sydney. While i have considered 2770 in the past the numbers never worked out for me

    My sole reason for logan over other similar priced areas in brisbane is the logan planning sheme
