    Hi,

The NSW valuer general releases free valuable historical price data by property, either in *.csv format or by search by suburb:

Home - Valuer General of New South Wales

Does the Queensland government release similar price data for free? My searches so far suggest not (some stuff about smartmaps, but doesn't seem to be free).

I know I can fall back on using a one-month RP data subscription for data, but appreciate if there is any known official price sources for QLD?

    Thanks

No, thanks for the tip. I took a quick look now. This looks quite data rich. Do you know if it can report individual property price data? I looked at topics > property and infrastructure > property, but didn't find such data.

Haven't used it for a while, there are several layers which you can turn on which should reveal prices, lot & DP, zoning etc

Yes. Its easily found using google. Property by property searcable using a variey of data eg street, folio and title ref. Bear in mind this is valuer general unimproved values which dont relate to market value.
