    Has anyone used the following?
    - Real Property Matters (Australia) Pty Ltd

    I feel like giving them a go, as they seem to estimate more deductions than some of the more well known brands like BMT.

    Any recommendations in Brisbane and surrounds?

    Never heard of them to be honest. The website is functionally basic. No people names, no reputation.
    No office location.

    I have been doing this for 25+ years

    @JamesC I've used GQS who are Brisbane based and happy with them. If you want to compare quotes just order one through the website.

    I won’t nominate myself to do the report for you - out of fear of admin reprimand...

    But Zac from GQS is a mate of mine and he does a good job.

    I often get property managers asking if I do kickbacks.
    I say no and I never hear from them again.
