    Hi
Looking for a good QS in Perth for a depreciation schedule on an IP. Would anyone have any recommendations please? :)
    Thanks

I would recommend us, Depreciator, but that would probably be a bit cheeky.

There really isn't any Perth specific ones. Most of the nationals will all service here like Depreciator (above), BMT or Washington Brown.

I've heard of BMT, Depreciator & Washiongton Brown. In people's experience here, is there much difference in the outcome between picking one of these ones over the other? Getting a higher depreciation benefit?

They should all give an accurate assessment of the actual construction costs. You do not want a fabrication. You are still signing off on your tax return.

I'm unsure about this but have a vague recollection that accountants could have a preference based on the format or the details included of the report provided.

I like the format of depreciator the best. BMT is good as well. Either of them will do a great job. Washington brown also a good operator.
