    Hi all

    After a lengthy period of review we have added another Quantity Surveyor firm to our shortlist of preferred QS firms.

    And I have a deal for anyone seeking a QS report. Normally reports are $700 but quote Price Accounting Services whether you are a client or not and the cost is $550.     Some features of this report v's others
    • Clear summary (helpful for tax) Pages 9 or 10 for full life of property
    • Shows the tax periods clearly. Not just year 1, year 2
    • Incorporates low value pools into totals
    • Schedule of individual items not eligible for Div 40 but eligible for CGT losses Pages 24 / 25. Makes CGT loss recognition clear.
