    Hello everybody.
    It is a total pleasure to join this forum,
    I have been constantly reading your threads throughout this entire week,
    I see everyone have different opinions on how and where to invest also different strategies of buying, Shout out to the people who created this forum.!
    As I can see you guys like to discuss different aspects of the property market, Among all of that It is my pleasure to invite you all to a QNA event held at Lend Lease, Darling Quarter this 25th of February at 7.00pm, there would be different sides (legal, marketing, banking, economic, etc), I surely am you will enjoy this event as it would be soft of a debate, so you can open up your ideas and see how other please perspective are, Besides, it can also be a place for the most of you to catch up have a beer or two (free drinks), so at the end it is good occasion.
    Please feel free to come down and enjoy some interesting matters that most of you would like to discuss how this 2016 will progress.

    Based off who Home789 are, I would suspect the questions will be "where should we buy" and the answer will be "one of our newly built OTP apartments".

    I can't read all of them due to quality of the age but the panel is made up of an executive from Delcorp? Probably a developer? Executives from CBA, Goodwin legal, AFR etc. It's a forum on real estate in 2016.

    I wonder if this is related to the market research that one of the member went to? The one about new house+land package around the Hills area?

    Or "New affordable land + house close to new train station to CBD (arriving in 2019)"

    I heard this from someone that attended the meetup: one of the speaker basically started with "Don't buy OTP, don't buy properties, doom & gloom incoming..."

    Guess Home678 probably should have done a bit more DD on their guest speakers.
