I think I'm over the threshold (I'm pretty sure, but my situation is complicated with many shared properties).

My last purchase was a few weeks before the last financial year, which I think put me comfortably over. I've been expecting a letter / bill for a while now but nothing. What time schedule / cycle does this work off? I assumed it would have been tied to the tax / financial year but it doesn't seem to be?

Have you registered for land tax?

Once you are registered then you can see the liability for each property.

If you don't register then you may be up for penalties when they put all of the properties together.

The issue date is normally on 1 sep and due end of Nov. By now if you haven't receive the letter, you properly haven't reach the land tax threshold.
