    Hi, any help appreciated.

I've recently completed a subdivision in Brisbane. One into two with a Council easement over the block (due to creek flooding) and a private easement for the driveway access to the second block.

I've got a PDF from the surveyor of the final plans and the Council form 18B approval of the subdivision plans.

I'm also about to have the consent form from the bank for the title adjustment as there will be a mortgage remaining on one of the lots.

Now with lodging to the Titles Office... Are these forms all I need? Am I missing something?

I know my dad said he has previously lodged a special big printed survey plan of the subdivision to Titles. But all I was given was a pdf. Do I need to print this on an A3 and bring it in or something?

    Thanks again.

    Tim

Ask your surveyor, they generally do the lodgement.

Titles has moved into a form of digital lodgement. Not totally automated but a good start.

    Should be reasonable....
