    Can any queenslanders give me a rough idea on purchasing costs up your way ie stamp duty , conveyancing etc

    You can google "stamp duty calculator", various post comes up

    Conveyancing is about $900-$1200

    That's a pretty ordinary attitude mate. I come here because I have very little understanding an I'm looking to learn from everyone. Clearly either you have nothing to contribute or you are just an ordinary human. Either way your comment is pointless.
