    Hi All,

    I have 2 IP's in Qld.
I understand that new RE laws were introduced last year and the standard paperwork/contracts/agreements also changed.

I have had mail from both my PMs asking that I signa new Form 6 letting agreement.
They both claim the fees/commissions have not changed.

My understanding is that the old letting agreements are still active and in force.

So my question is: Why are they pushing for this? What advantage(s) does it give them and why wouldn't I want to do it?

    THANKS.

Are you sure you aren't being paranoid? Maybe they're just trying to bring all their agreements into compliance at the same time.

Fees and commissions may not have changed, but extra charges could be included? Take the time to read both documents to ensure you fully understand them.
