    Hi All
    Just arrived in my inbox. Happy to give specific stats to anyone who asks.

    Overall
    Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton had median price drops of 4.1, 8.3 and 3.6% respectively

    Brisbane houses -2.45 for qtr but still 6.1% for the year, units -.9% and 1.2%
    Logan houses 0.5% qtr and 4.3% year
    Gold Coast houses 0.5% qtr and 5.8% year, units -0.3% and 1.9%

    Volume for houses
    Brisbane 0.9% qtr & 4.2% year
    Logan 3.8% & 4.9%
    Gold Coast 0.5% & 5.8%

    @RPI - could you provide some stats for the Redcliffe peninsula specifically Scarborough and Redcliffe. Thanks in advance.

    That's good for Brisbane houses,not so good for the units but that would come down too the location,most river fronts old or new do well..

    Maroochydore houses
    37 sales for quarter Median of $547,500 Annual Median $520,000 3.7% for the qtr, 7.2% for year, 14.9% for 5 years

    Caloundra Units & Townies
    34 sales for quarter at Median of $357,000 Annual Median $380,000 -4.8% qtr -2.3% year -8.9% 5yr

    Actually Logan doesn't look too pretty over 5 yr for houses or units and townies at all

    I think there are definitely some suburbs doing better than others. It was the vacancy rate that put me off though.
