QLD Logan agent: Recommendations please

What's not a full service? As far as I'm aware, I've got full service! They pay water a rate bills for me, they do periodic inspections, return my calls promptly...

If my rate is really cheap, it's because I client they poached when my property manager moved to Beenleigh, I wanted to stay with her so I negotiated this rate in order for me to move.

We actually pay our clients instantly. Collect the rent today and it's in your account tomorrow. No extra cost

We also pay on the same day if required by the client, although I have heard some large agencies pay extra for this service

 

I can highly recommend @Richard Williams for the Logan region. Great bloke, knows the region well.

 

I recommend @Tanya1335 from New way property. Tanya handled everything for me when I terminated my non responsive poor excuse for a PM. Tanya within 24 hours had my keys and file and within 2 weeks had another tenant for me. Also Tanya had to chase old PM for things that should have been done in my Property and coordinated the new laying of carpet in my IP.

I generally prefer to leave only positive reviews(can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all) but I thought I should notify others of my awful experience with Property Management/Real Estate HQ. We have lost thousands as a result of multiple bouts of incompetence at the hands of Lu Bracher and her team.
Multiple staff changes and a lax approach to rental arrears resulted in tenants staying well beyond the maximum six weeks covered for rental default, huge delays removing problem tenants, taking months to prepare and lodge insurance claims, water bills not passed on to tenants, multiple unauthorised "repairs" and upon informing them that we were moving to another PM they not only withheld our rent payments for nearly two months (and lied about the delays) but then withheld $1,000 for the installation of curtains two years prior (despite multiple requests, no actual purchase receipts have been provided).
Unfortunately, things started out well two years ago, but like others have previously mentioned, the service is now non-existent so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

 

@Juckums and she was the gun PM 18 months ago.

 

@Tranquilo Yes, it's been a shocking and very disappointing turn around.
I assume your " non responsive poor excuse for a PM" that you mention above is from the same organisation.

No different agent but all the same crap as you. Now I'm with @Tanya1335 she's great.

 

These poor excuses for PM make me very angry they give our industry such a bad name, I am very sorry to hear of such poor performance from your PM.

We've reported them to the QLD office of fair trading so hopefully they'll adjust their attitude and service once they're done dealing with them.
I'm sure the new PM will do a great job and we can look forward to a less headache riddled investment experience going forward.
