    Hi All,

    Can anyone please recommend a good real estate or property manager in the QLD Logan area.

    I would like someone with a local presence and knowledge.

    It appears Sumayya might be moving away from property management, a sad day for my Logan properties :-(

    A good PM can go bad, due to company restructure that could happen overnight.

    I can give you one in relation to Red Rocket, the service has gone from excellent to the new PM not returning phone calls or email for days or not at all...!

    :( similar experience. I needed to call many many times until I get hold of the new PM. I'm guessing they're overloaded.
    Sumayya was sick but she returned my call yesterday to sort out my questions on the property I just assigned to them.

    That's no good at all.
    Hopefully there is another decent one in the area if you need to change.

    I heard back from Sumayya as well today. She didn't tell me directly but it appears her role might be changing, based on what other staff in Red Rocket told me.

    I had a call this week from my PM informing me that the stove top was gone, and the electrician had one on hand he can put in immediately for $550. I said to go ahead after a quick google search.
    I was a bit disappointed as the kitchen has had a recent reno.

    4 hours later, the PM rings me and lets me know she rang the wrong number.
    Had to laugh....I was happy with dodging the bill, plus I was left wondering if the real owner minded that I gave the green light for the stove top!

    Property Management HQ didn't return my call or email so I was planning to go with Red Rocket... Does anyone have any other PM recommendations in Logan area?

    One person can only manage a fixed number of properties no matter how hard working they are.
    I would hate to think how quickly a couple of these rent rolls have grown...

    Yeah, I feel like they might be under the pressure a bit from the number of PC members going with them recently. They are normally quite good.

    That's true but some, despite the recommendations haven't kept up in Logan apparently.
