    Well this should be a nice quick forum thread - do you need a conveyancer in QLD to assist with QLD purchase or can one in NSW assist?

    Conveyancing is state based

    A few NSW ones would be licensed for QLD

    Typically A qld based one is used

    Someone in QLD is the way to go.
    Certus Legal would be my recommendation.

    Looking about 20-25km north brisbane. Budget has mainly driven this plan but I like the look of infrastructure etc happening. Looking at Bald Hills up to Petrie to get a 3 bedder on a decent block. Only had figures etc to scrutinize so far, so looking forward to and hopefully find out the good and bad areas of those suburbs.
