    Hi, I'm considering selling my IP (small lot home) in the Bulimba/Hawthorne area.

    I was wondering if anyone could highly recommend any selling agents specialising in the area I could chat to to provide CMA and strategy for sale, without pressure of moving forward if the numbers don't stack up.

    We've known Gemma for a number of years, were impressed when we first met her and have since sold through her. She's impressive, and honest and doesn't just accept first offer. We will sell through her when we next do sell something.

    I've found her very happy to answer questions when we want to renovate and give honest feedback on what works, what is expected, what we don't need to do etc.
