    Huh? Declined claim. Policy only covers a bike if in home unused ie stolen or outside home as portable item...unless it's being ridden. If so $0.

    Who is the insured? Strata or owner? Defines cover.

    No, I have multiple properties on one policy.

    Why?

    That's what I've done.

    I'm not arguing anything, I simply asked a question.

    Me, (owner) there is no Strata in my case.
