    Hello Experts,

I have heard time to time that you can get historical property data from public domain for all states but couldn't really find such sources , wondering if any of you have some inputs to provide.

For current data -I found SQM is a good source but only few indicators are available where as Realestate and Domain doesn't really match .
For ex- i was checking last 10 yr median prices for a handful of suburbs to figure out - 1yr/3/10 yr average CG return and have checked - realestate , domain, residex , sqm, YIP ; to my suprise all of them had different figures , which make me put this question here as I assume public domain would be the most reliable source in this context.

Also, which source you prefer for current data ?
