Proximity of property to social/public housing

    Just wanted to get peoples opinion on considerations to taken when purchasing a property in close proximity to social/public housing. Not talking about the large social housing towers but more the units/townhouses/villa complexes that DHS have in inner-ring highly sought after suburbs of Melbourne and Sydney.

    1. Would you do it and if how close? same street/ same block etc.
    2. What due diligence and what further research would you do to find out say if it was on the same street and you wanted to proceed with purchase.
