    Hi All

Many of you may have heard about the State Governments pending legislation of projecting suburban backyards. These regulations will apply to all land zoned Neighbourhood Residential and General Residential. They do not apply to Residential Growth zones or Activity Centres. The government has been quite sneaky as nobody not even council or those at Planning Victoria were aware of these new regulations and amazingly they cannot advice.

Would anyone know if this affects extensions with building permits? or is this just for planning permit outcomes?
