    Hi all i have been looking to develop in the croydon area .
    was wondering if others are doing so ?
    if not why ?
    the set backs seem to a problem and also the amount of garden needed as composed to other councils

    Search for the thread/posts @MTR did some time ago for the 3 or 4 TH dev she did in Croydon, that’d be a good start.
