Proposed NSW changes for larger blocks

    Is anyone aware of proposed changes by the NSW govt to make it easier to allow larger blocks to be utilised to create more affordable housing? Is this in relation to "affordable housing" or just allowing more dwellings? What size blocks are we talking about?

    If anyone has a reference or knows more I would love some details!
