New 'fintech' purporting to be a one stop shop for property investment? Promises high yield and high growth properties? And a rental guarantee too? It's like all the spruiker red flags packaged in one!
Like any BA they have mortgage brokers, lawyers, PMs that they recommend (but are not in house). Didn't promise growth but did say they only recommend cashflow positive properties, with a range of growth options depending on property, location etc. Defiantly no rental guarantee. Didn't appear to be a spruiker to me (and I got done by one selling H&L packages for a developer in QLD in 2016), fees were in line with other BAs I've spoken to. Not trying to talk them up, just my view from the hour discussion with them last night. However, whilst it appears from their presentation they are only researching established properties, I didn't ask if they do H&L or OTP properties, get paid by developers, etc. Will have to ask that. I was just curious if anyone had come across them? If used them the good and the bad, or if decided not to use them after considering, why?
