QLD Property will BioDiversity Overlay Brisbane

    Looking at a large block with a biodiversity overlay. It is 2.2 hectares and there is cleared land of about 1800m2. We'd like to use 1200m2 of it.
    Being new to the QLD market, can the overlay be removed? Estimated cost to remove the overlay or build on. I have no idea of how to find this information and make an informed decision. Help appreciated. :)
