Hey Everyone! Does anyone here use property valuers on a regular basis? Say, once a year? What troubles do you have with them? Any recommendations? Cheers
All the time, but usually through the lenders, no trouble unless they are too conservative, but you can't do much anyway. There is other threads on tips for when a valuer will visit, but basically all you can possibly do is make place as presentable as possible & if present, make sure they do not miss things such as assuming a garage is single when it is a tandem, but they usually won't miss such things. Some do not go inside.
