    Anyone know of a decent property valuer in Brisbane?
    Im looking at a house in Banyo that has been over capitilsed quite alot and thinking I should get a valuer in. Thoughts?

    Are you hoping the valuer will value it under asking price so you can use that as leverage to negotiate? Or do you want the value to justify the price so you feel better knowing you're not overpaying for it?
