    I took out a 3 month subscription in Feb. From memory, it was $99.

    I have since bought a property and this website helped me with setting my price and in negotiations.

    Maybe some/all of the information may be available at other sites but it was all in the one place for me. I feel I have already got my money's worth.

    I recently purchased the 6 month subscription to help with looking for a new IP. I found it very useful for finding comparative property sales and rentals.
    It's good for getting familIr with sales and rental pricing in an area I'm unfamiliar with and being more confident with making offers.
    If you want a report on a property, just PM me cause my subscription is still valid.
