    Hi,
what are the products that anyone can recommend if I want to get trend information on a suburb (eg. for the last 10 years (1) how much capital growth it has had, (2) how has the median price changed (3) what are the average number of days on the market, vacancy rate etc)? I would also be interested in knowing which suburbs in a particular state (e.g. SA) has gone up and gone down in price in the past 3-12 months?
Are there any websites which can provide me with this sort of information (free or paid)?

thanks in advance for your help!.

The problem is that median house price statistics are not really an accurate way to figure out whether prices have gone up or down.

By tracking the sale prices of comparable properties at different points in time.
