    hi guys
Do U think it is a good idea to go for property strategists to find a better deal and get complete package instead of finding things everywhere. Pros and cons please?

How, and how much are you paying the strategist? Beware of salespeople saying theyre strategists while being paid by developers.

Generally better to do your own research, own your decisions. Hire experts for specific tasks such as getting finance, legal and depreciation.

What do you expect the strategist to do and how much will you pay them?

You need to educate yourself first. Spend a few months reading some recommended books and the forum. Learn from the basics up.

But most can't be bothered doing this hence why most RE investors will never retire from a passive income off real estate.

Yes, and while MY and Metropole ain't doughy and offer some good advise, you have to weight up the cost over benefit, as others mention, best to learn how to do DD yourself.
