Property still not leased - Perth

    If condition can't be improved then your only option is to lower the rent asked.

    Drop to $270 asap. Blitz the competition. If that doesn't work in two weeks, go to $260.

    Thank you for the advice.
    We have decided to change agents to one our friend has recommended. This agent seems to be more flexible being available on weekends/evenings to show the property. She also seems to know the area quite well. Will def considering dropping the price down when we get relisted.
    Our other agent didn't seem to fussed about letting us go so it may have been a relief for her to get another one off of her books when so many she has listed don't seem to be moving.

    Is the PM local?

    I've found in good times there's no need for a local PM/REA but in lean times it seems to help
