Property sold as "going concern"?

    Maybe they are worried about squatters and so have a "going" concern that people won't leave?

    It may be a government owned property and occupation has to be continuous to bar a native title claim?

    It's likely they are using the wrong terminology. Doesn't really apply to residential property.

    Going concern is a basic underlying assumption in accounting. The assumption is that a company or other entity will be able to continue operating for a period of time that is sufficient to carry out its commitments, obligations, objectives, and so on.
