    Hi all,

    I'm a property investor since 2002. I've had some great wins over that time, but also happy to share my fails, a.k.a. costly learning experiences ;)

    But I haven't made EVERY mistake.. yet. Rather than make new mistakes I'd like to learn from others.

    I love property data and capital growth. I'm a big data nerd. I'm in this stuff every day, which is why I started DSRdata.com.au. Recently I joined forces with EmpowerWealth.com.au as their director of research for property investment.

    I've been reading PI forums on and off for years, but never contributed. Hopefully my AUD$0.02 can help.
