VIC Property Reports: Corelogic vs ANZ

    Hi there,

    Does anyone have an idea of whether there is much of a difference (other than price to access!) between the property reports generated with Corelogic vs the free property reports that can be accessed via ANZ?

    If you look in the fine print on the ANZ property profile report site you’ll find this disclosure:
    Disclosing your information to RP Data Pty Ltd and Australian Property Monitors in relation to your Property Profile Report, and to an ANZ Mobile Lender if you select this option above.

    So the ANZ report is using RP Data (now Core Logic) and Pricefinder (APM) data.

    Brokers can access free CBA & ANZ reports, these reports have comparable sales, estimated value. comparing Corelogic reports, these free ones have a lot less info.

    in addition, via Corelogic, you could find the ownership ( to view, but not on the report). CBA or ANZ reports won't have these.

    The ANZ one seem to lad for me by a few months with comparable sales. This is important if the market moves fast!
