Property report says "sold by goverment"?

    Im looking at a property, in 2011 and in 2018 it was sold and says "Sale Method: Normal Sale, Sale Advised by: Government".

    Any idea what this means?

    RPData? Realestate.com.au?

    Government sale could mean a number of things..
