I'm considering buying a home for myself. I wish to get a profile report by inputting an address which will give me basic details like estimated value, history of the property being bought/sold, other recent sales in the area and other properties available for sale in the area etc.

Where can I find the best free property profile report on the internet? Thanks!

You get a fair bit of information from the BOQ app. Look up the address, order a report which is sent to you via email.

Thanks! Assuming this mode is available only through a cell phone, I'd actually like a mode which is available from my computer. Any ideas?

    Thanks again.

You could check BOQ to see if you can order via computer. I sit at my computer, order via the app, and wait half a minute for the email to come through.

Get a free property report with price estimate and history

For a more detailed/accurate one, your broker should be able to supply for you.

    BOQ app
    or
Request a property or suburb report - Page 1

Interestingly they both say the estimate is from CoreLogic, yet both estimates are different. Don't get how that is possible.

For more accurate estimates, suggest you go by comparable in recent sold listings.

Re.com & domain both have one.

    Homehero also has one

Plenty of free ones out there.

Another one you can also do since it is on the market is realas.com.

These valuation are an okay starting point but do not rely on them to much to make up you decision. Nothing beats doing DD by looking at the sold section on re.com :)
