Property Options Scenario I 101 Advice Needed

    (I'm going to preface this question by saying that I don't know anything about property options)

    Can I approach a property owner about taking a fee for progressing/project managing the DA application for a subdivision (on a property I don't own)?

    The property owner doesn't want to battle with council any more. I think I can get it across the line.
    I would only take a fee if the subdivision happens (no win, no fee arrangement).

    What contracts would be needed?
