    Hi Guys,
    Does anyone have any suggestions of good property managers in southern Adelaide. My partner and I want to change ours due to constant changing of our property manager and not great service.

    @D.T is our property manager. Best PM we have had to date for all our properties. He's brilliant. Goes above and beyond.

    @Ricky Adelaide is another SA pm from this forum but I think they do northern suburbs.

    We have two property managers from Adelaide who are long time members of PropertyChat (and Somersoft before it) and both support this site financially - @Xenia and @D.T. ... just speak to both of them and make up your own mind.

    I've recently switched to @D.T. and can say his service and product is top notch! Understanding investing is paramount and it's rare to find a PM who is good at both and understands both sides of the fence.

    I am based out north in Playford (Elizabeth), but we look after properties across Adelaide. Mostly far north and far south seems to be where most of the properties are that we look after(two person team with other guy out near Marion).

    Absolutely...you decide who you connect with ....read the posts of this Forum to get a sense of each agency's practice framework and values. The boutique PM agencies on this forum are also active investors hence have a sophisticated understanding of what matters for owners and tenants

    not really a newbie as such. I am from the Somersoft days but I keep being a PM pretty quite on here as can be a little like being a sheep running with the wolves lol :p
